Oracal 651 matte black vinyl is NOT perforated so it is solid and not see through.

I strongly do NOT recommend installing this decal yourself as you will be cutting on your vehicle and a professional tint shop, vinyl wrap shop or paint protection film shop should install this decal for you.

Right star orientation is intended for applying the decal to a passenger window, the flag must appear to be charging into battle so stars must be in front. Any other application is fine for stars being in the left corner like always! If you have any questions regarding this please message me!
